I would agree that "Castro and Venezuela's Chaves<sp>" would prefer to deal with Kerry (a rational human being).

But I disagree on Osama Bin Laden. I think he would vastly prefer Bush. Osama is trying to foment a religious war between Islam and the West. He is living in the 11th century, and his best hope is a religious fundamentalist in the White House (Bush). Bush really helped with al qaeda's recruiting by invading Iraq.

Kerry will pursue Osama to the ends of the earth. But he will not fall into the trap (like Bush) of talking about "crusades".
