Oh, so NOW you explain that your blanket statement about most homeowners having negative equity was pegged to a hypothetical scenario of prices declining by 30 percent.

Hmmmmm......sorta late on that qualification of your statement, aren't you? When you made the statement, you indicated it was a given, not a hypothesis.
