HAL and Bectel often front for the CIA in the middle east. So does Carlyle Group. So did Bush Sr's Zapata. Bush Sr' was head of the CIA and as everyone knows, you never really leave it. Any insider will tell you it's all common knowledge and has been that way for 40 years or more. Bush-Cheney have also merged the roles of HAL with that of the DOD and the CIA. HAL operatives in Iraq dont look much different from CIA guys. Both have top bodyguards with HK-MP5's and expense accounts, both paid for by tax-payers. The role of HAL in Iraq goes far beyond anything that's been reported thus far. They represent the privatization of Iraq. They are a tool of the presidency and vice versa. HAL, Bectel and Carlyle also all have top-level private security forces made up of ex Special Ops. Ironically, their ultimate leaders were both draft-dodgers.

AS has a super secret CIA list. Trust him, he can be trusted to keep a secret...lolol This is why AS is the funniest poster on SI. HAL is also connected with the CIA.<<< You slay me! You just had to throw that little tidbit in. Now, just how are they "connected" with the CIA? Do they have contracts with the CIA? Lots of businesses do including probably companies that make electronic equipment and toilet paper, for that matter. Tell us all about it, AS.
