Very good point you noticed there. If Kerry gets elected we will likely have two more very liberal judges on the Supreme court that will Actively circumvent the will of the people at every opportunity. This could last long enough to complete the moral decline of America. jdn

Democrats, and most other thinking people, are disturbed when "American" principles are spread at the end of a gun. We're disturbed when our sons and daughters are asked to go to war in a pre-emptive and unilateral fashion. We're disturbed when the White House does not listen to intelligence officials, and even creates their own intelligence office which superceded the traditional channels. We're disturbed because these are not American principles. Democrats, and most thinking people understand that people have rights. In this country people have a right to be homosexual if they want to be. Is a judge spreading homosexuality by acknowledging that people have rights? Even President Bush said he favors Civil Unions for homosexuals. Is Bush trying to spread homosexuality? It's clear that you are wrong on both of your suppositions. Orca
