One big story that has received zero coverage is that the Palestinian Christians have been driven out of the West Bank. A hundred years ago, Bethlehem was 80% Christian. Now, I don't think it's even 5%. The Christians get it coming and going. They were wealthier, so made good targets for extortion schemes. They weren't raised from the cradle to hate Jews, so they could be accused of collaboration. As the conflict Islamicized, they were no longer wanted as Palestinians. And they generally had more contacts in the West, so they could go. And they have.
