Hi Harry, I am still looking for work. I had a few bites but nothing promising. The companies in the US lean to local candidates and so too in Canada. Calgary and Edmonton have a few jobs popping up now and then but are quickly filled by locals. I am somewhat isolated living in the West Kootenays. I have converted over to the religion of "Trend Following." So far it has been serving me well. I am slowing migrating to the futures markets. As of late, the future exchanges are breaking volume records" (CBOT Daily Volume Surges to New All-Time High) cbot.com I am thinking their may be some opportunities in futures. Currently I am loaded about 60% short and 30% long and 10% cash for margin buffer -- and heavily diversified. In general I am long on dividend paying blue chips, short on tech. My trading has dropped off to one or fewer trades a month.
