Oh, I have little doubt that China, is attempting to slow down their runaway train. That's not news, but thanks for all the black highlights. And indeed they will "slow down", if you define derailments that way. In fact they will derail, turn over and do about three or four out of control spins, tumbles, and crashes. Thank God, they may get the speed down from 140 mph, to "only" 105-110 mph before coming off the track, or somebody might get hurt.
