I rose a red flag on gold for the reason that open interest is falling since Jan 13th (translates in: less interest of the sector in speculation, hence less people to bid up the prices).
OTOH, since Jan 13th, the OI fell to levels at which a trend change should happen.

So, I remain agnostic until further known.

Broad market is sick.
Forgot that broad market was rallying in sync with a Dollar weakening.
Lower broad market should, therefor, be accompanied by a strenghtening of the Dollar (don't ask, pure observations of late).
Also, as posted earlier, I expected this week to be so-so the broad market, as usually expiration week (next week) has a bullish bias.

Week not over yet? Damn! Have a bad day today! Two sessions of headakes to go.
