Terrible day for me as well. Down 5%. Luckily I am in a strong cash position. "Many people seem in the mood to take the slightest caution as an excuse to sell. Pretty soon they will have a lot of cash and be looking for something to buy. Suddenly, all news will be seen as good news even as today all news is seen as bad news." kurt

Thanks Jim! I have grown my cash position considerably today, but did suffer in the process. I can only hope I didn't do a lot of selling right near the bottom, as I have done too many times before. I'd have been a lot happier to have avoided such a huge loss today, but this reminder of what can happen will probably help me avoid such a large loss for at least several months in the future.
