Polluters and the religious right ARE very allied. What's your beef with that statement? Haley Barbour for instance was the #1 lobbyist for polluters in DC. That's a fact. He now is the Gov of Mississippi partly by using the religious right to get out the vote. Barbour was also worldCom's's lobbyist helping them rip off billions and his buddies were Enron's lobbyists. Ed Gillespie was Enron's main PR person helping them rip of billions. Now he is Bush's main guy.
