Glenn, Just so you know, I'm not invested here. Never have been. Just been alerting others to the dangers of this stock which is widely hyped on other boards. It will be interesting however to see what the SEC scrutinized financials look like. I really don't have a good idea of what ksign looks like financially. But as you say, why give up 30%+ of your company up to a nearly worthless shell if you're viable on your own? I doubt they are. We'll see. Happy investing. (I do my speculating on the local riverboats)
