The guy might be forced to turn to illegal drugs if he wants to maintain his life style. He could make better deals with China.....and it is interesting that your link is from a Chinese paper. All in all, I think his threats could be playing a role in higher gas prices. That Venezuela is a true democracy is laughable. Chavez is a dictator and has his political opponents silenced.
