I'd guess that it means that the Fed is failing to halt the forces of deflation

The very "forces of deflation" that gave the US 4% PPI in 2003, I presume? Gee, I would hate to earn a USD salary when the Fed halts those forces any further -g-

The transports are currently up 54.49, If this holds into the close, will it invalidate the Dow Theory sell signal?
