So it's probably just some SI crank, or our SI representatives aren't telling us the whole truth and nothing but the truth (and wouldn't THAT be a surprise...) X, it just crosses my mind that... SI Adm Dave's (mis)conduct actually verged on sexist harassment!! Savvy? Now, I hate playing the ambulance chaser here BUT... next time he harasses you, sue him!! I'm sure you won't have problem subpoenaing witnesses <g>

Or the Chron spokesperson could be lying or not know what the papers lawyers are doing. The possibility a SI crank is involved is very likely, perhaps one who lives or has lived in the SF area. Just speculation.
