<<<Madrid: train bombs kill at least 90>>>

Casualties now up to 131.

Will the UN pull out of Spain- or send troops in. ?

Will Chirac merely send condolences?

( I'm rather irked that some nations fail to recognize terrorism as a world-wide phenomenon and do not give full and active support to its suppression.)
