Oh yes for sure. Who wants to be on the hook for work they performed for the next ten years as required by law.

I remember reading K&B had new home owners calling independent contractors to correct some of their mistakes. K&B pays the bill but I always thought it was away of distancing themselves form a construction problem by adding another contractor in the mix.
