LOL at you PROLIE. Kerry's amendment was for across the board cuts, not just military and intelligence. And these proposed cuts were very small, less than 1%. During peace time too, you nitwit. And even if Intelligence was cut by 1%, and it wasn't, Cheney doesn't listen to the intelligence we pay good money for. He gets his briefing from Douglas Feith who gets his hot leads from Chalabi and the Iraqi National Congress.
