There is no proof any offer from Sudan ever happened. Sandy Berger denies it ever came to the White House. A panel on Fox News admitted it probably was a low-level back channels offer made to the wrong person and the WH never heard about it until maybe too late. Clinton shot 300 cruise missiles at OBL at a million bucks apiece. I'm sure he would have loved to have gotten OBL delivered to him for free. This story was started by the rightwing after 9-11 because they knew 9-1 happened on Bush's watch and they didn't want to hold him accountable. So who else to blame but CLinton? Blame it on Clinton is a favorite game of theirs.
