It's not exclusive either way. Just an avenue for both of them. AOL losing BB wars rapidly and needs this. COVD has lots of resources but has changed its business plan drastically by going into VOIP in a big way with acquisition of GoBeam. COVD may be best situated to offer both DSL and VOIP of any independent and should also get business from even RBOC's in foreign markets.
