I absolutely agree with our Marxist-Leninist friend on that...3 bucks on gold and 2 points on the HUI on the day of the reported Al-Quieda attacks is NOT bullish particularly. It's reminiscent of 9/11, and in the intermediate aftermath of that event gold stocks fell rather precipitously.

(I am about 95% certain it was Al-Quieda, based on the fact that: a) today is the 2 1/2 year anniversary of 9/11 and b) the coordinated, simultaneous nature of the attacks and c) it was directed at the civillian population, rather than a specific Basque political target)
