From what I see, SNG owns the lease and EL Paso was providing the drilling capital in return for 1/2 the booty. So in a way they both lose out on potential in the short term however, your right about the drilling costs. El Paso certainly had more to lose. Thats probably why they pulled out. Maybe they didn't get finished and ElPaso ran out of $$.

Either way, the bounce here AH is encouraging.
