Poet, the question is what IS a "fair share"? That's the rhetoric to which I object. It's sheer nonsense to suggest that people in the threshhold bracket targeted by Kerry are not currently paying a "fair share." I find the rhetoric of the left to be disingenuous and dishonest and that's what I am addressing. They present taxation as a class issue and a "fairness" issue. It is neither.
