I think while trying to "feel the fabric of the flow" he mistook the "13 day mood of the market" signal. He saw "subdued" when it was really "agitated" or "totally fukin pissed". So....instead of "Stop and Go" we experienced a "stop and drop a runny shit right out of the bottom of the pretty Blue Bubble". That should clear it up for ya, OK? <g>
