No, the tax rate increase starts for those earning $200,000. The rich is simply a political ploy to sell it to the masses and not identify people as they should be. Look how AS uses it every single time, per their instructions.

Clinton did not create the millionaires, the private sector created them. You are confused.

Whatever the CLinton rates were int he end, that's where they'll be for the rich. And since CLinton created more millionaires than all other administrations combined I don't see what the problem is

I wonder whether you will ever learn simply to answer questions you are asked.

How do you define "fair" when it comes to taxation? What are principles you believe constitute a "fair share"? Or is it just a phrase that you use because it sounds good but you have no idea what you mean by? That's my suspicion, but I don't want to foreclose the possibility that you do have a principled approach to defining what a "fair share" actually is.

But I do think that since you chose to use the term, you should either define what you mean by it, or admit that it is a contentless phrase.

Source, please? I know you don't like to provide sources for your statements, you prefer to shoot and move on, but maybe you can back one or two of them up from time to time, just for our amusement?

And of course, you mean millionaires indexed for inflation, right? In about a hundred years or less, maybe much less, somebody making minimum wage will be bringing home a million dollars a week. We'll all be millionaires. Whoopee.
