Terrorist attacks will happen so long as there's no obvious effort on the part of those controlling the world's resources to share those resources. The game over past decades has been to prop up dictators who'd make multinational corporate deals. Rape those nations of their resources, keep the people of those nations impoverished. So who makes out in this kind of scenario? The people? Nope. The dictators and those who made the deals with them. I mean why be proud of this? Are you?

Mario Cumo, on Chris Matthews, a few moments ago, just said it best: "You can't beat the terrorists with an army. Were this true, Sharon would have won in Israel a long time ago."

What do you think? Is he right?
