It's good for California because it will discourage offshoring.

There's no "entitlement" for CA corporations to offshore American jobs.

zillion is not quantifiable

there is no "perception" of offshoring, it can be proven and will therefore be factual.

This is a question of regulation not a constitutional question.

Where that leaves "us" is simple. If you offshore jobs, you'll be taxed according to rule 1.

this business of "fair markets" is the same argument that was levelled by the Japanese in the early 90's when they were charged with dumping DRAMS. The comeback was "level playing field". <you fill in the rest here>

"We're going to leave if we don't get our way" is currently falling on deaf ears. there are too many good reasons to stay in CA. One of the biggest reasons will be product quality.
