You do have a point on that issue.
(re: references to "fairness" in relation
to Estate taxes.)

My objection to the use of
"fairness" as criteria by the left
is that it is tied to a class warfare
notion; i.e, the so-called "rich"
(whose identity can vary widely) are
not paying "their fair share."
It's divisive and a rank appeal to envy.

Not quite the same as saying that
estate taxes are "unfair" because they
re-tax the same money again.

Would you agree that there is a distinction?
