Times change. Bush has failed though economically. Even with Greenspan doing everything he can to help. 1.5 trillion in dericit spendign and millions of lost jobs. Bush should be fired immediately. Total failure.

California is the example - GD spent like the situation was permanent - very very very very stupid,

As you are aware, California lost its large surplus to Enron. Had the Enron issues not existed we probably would have been fine.

It is disingenuous to criticize california's budget situation without taking that HUGE issue into account.
