Sam ... a pattern? ggg -- well, after all I am a 'Detroiter'
so I get a bit of input from many in this area of business expertise
I also own some Delphi ... that's an auto supplier ... but I don't especially recommend the stock, as it has not been the the greatest performer and pays a measily stipend of a div.
I suppose my point in mentioning the older more established stocks is ... it's a good plan to divert a portion of investment funds to those company's that pay a 'good' div ... that grows your investment even if the stock does not always go up.
By the way, I could not tell which was the better investment TM or GM by the chart ...as when you add in divs ... it will change the whole equation.
GM pays about double the yld as TM yet the price of Tm is much higher,

Would like to consider (other) long term buy/hold/reinvest stocks if anyone suggests any that they currently hold and already are knowledgable about :)
