They obviously are investing for a reason. One of the reasons is they expect to make money. And also the difference between citibank and you is that citibank and others can seriously drive the price in either direction.
Think self-fulfilling. Of course its is possible that citibank has already sold.......skd

Ok, so lets say that you have RA patients taking enbrel.
>so then you are DNA and you decide to run a trial for Raptiva in RA where ALL the patients are already taking enbrel. If the results show a further improvement then Raptiva sales in RA will trend quickly towards enbrel sales.
