- Will control energy prices - Don't believe he ever promised this.
- Iraq's threat a priority - Kerry, Clintons said the same.
- WMD's for real, and we've found them - Again, you're claiming something he didn't say.
- Libya's threat for real - It was. Unless you think nuclear bombs and missiles have peaceful benign uses.
- Tax cuts for rich create jobs - Standard Keynesian and supply side theory says tax cuts stimulate economy in recession. Hard to cut income taxes without rich being cut too as they pay most income taxes.
- It's your money but not your debt - Another statement you made up.
- Will protect social Security - Has done nothing to endanger it.
- Pollution creates jobs - Another statement you made up.
- Drilling in wildlife rfudges gets us off arab oil - Every US barrel produced is one we don't import.
- Drilling in wildlife refiges has little environmental impact - True.
- Will control oil/energy prices - Another made-up statement; also a repeat.
- Will improve education - Trying to, with the help of Kerry's vote.
- Has a health care plan which benefits consumers - medicare prescription benefits its recipients.
- Will create 2.6 million jobs this year - May do so; BLS household data conflicts with payroll data.
- Will punish Enron type criminals - Working convict more all the time.
- energy crisis was market driven - solution is market driven; stupid govt policies contribute to the problem.
- Deficit spending driven growth = healthy economy - deficit spending stimulates economies in recession per both Keynesian and supply side economic theory.
- Gay marriage a constitutional issue - Watch out; Kerry may agree.
- Will fund AIDS fight in Africa - Yes.
- Will fund hydrogen cars program - Not familiar with this.
- Will fund Homeland Security to states - huh?
- Focused on OBL and Al Qaida - Yes, he is.
- Is tough with center of terrorism (Saudi Arabia) - Well, tougher than in the past.
- Will capture OBL dead or alive - Probably is dead.
- Mission Accomplished - Saddam was overthrown.
- Has made us and world safer - I agree. So did Kerry when Dean expressed skepticism. But that was a few months ago, probably reversed himself by now.
- deficits dont matter - You're repeating again.
- 9-11 could not have been prevented - I also don't think he said this. Though it could have been if Clinton had tried to get ahold of Osama but Sandy Berger says they didn't want him.
- Weak dollar good for USA - Actually it does make our exports cheaper for foreign buyers.
- Kerry weak on defense - look at the list of weapons systems he's tried to kill.
- Kerry a waffler - Hell, everyone knows this. You praised it as preserving political capital yesterday.
- Kerry doesn't tell the truth - Well, obviously. Apparently neither do some of his supporters.
