Winds of Black Death? Sounds like a bio-terror strike to me.

I agree.

Black death was the name of the bubonic plague that ravaged Europe. It killed over 25% of Europeans in the 14th century.
I have strolled through the catacombs under St Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna containing the bones of tens of thousands of the Black Death victims. There was no way to bury all of them. The bodies were stuffed into huge underground rooms. It is not a site one forgets.
