That's why trickle up works and trickle down doesn't. If you inject money at the bottom it gets spent, and hence multiplied. If you inject it at the top, it goes in somebody's mattress.

If it is best for you and I to spend a buck that the government to do it, it is also true that it is better for you and I to spend a buck than for corporations to do it. It only strengthens my claim that coporates taxes should go up, and personal taxes should go down.
