How to COMPETE for the jobs that so easily flow overseas: 1) Privatize the education "system". Not through "experiments", but a 100% exclusion of government participation. Make it a FELONY with a MINIMUM prison term to conspire to organize ANY public employees into unions. 2) LOSER PAYS! And the LOSER pays EVERY time. 3) ELIMINATE taxes on dividends, interest, capital gains, and corporation profits. 4) Require economic impact studies-done independently of regulatory agencies-of all proposed and past regulations. Make that impact statement the FOCUS of the regulation-to be read AHEAD of the proposal itself, and make Congress vote to re-approve all existing regulations in light of the economic impact statements. 5) REMOVE the government from its illegal participation in the health insurance business, including the ABOLITION of Medicare and Medicaid. 6) Eliminate all Affirmative Action everywhere, and make it permanently illegal. 7) Privatize SS, and transfer the current welfare queens to a means-tested, sun-setting, public dole. 8) See #3, and put a permanent ceiling on any tax on personal income at 10%. 9) Constitutionally-enshrine the THREE BASIC REQUIREMENTS for a valid democracy: Proof of IDENTITY, Proof of RESIDENCE, Proof of LITERACY. The alternative is the decline and fall of the American dream. It's THAT simple...
