When my friend was in the area of the SARS outbreak a year ago, he was hoping to gain information from WHO on SARS, but China had blocked WHOs website.

That would leave room for an enterprising company to harvest the organs. What could be MicroSoft's reason for not taking advantage of such a promising income stream?
