There are several... but one of the most interesting ones I've come across recently (when it was favorably mentioned by the FDA Commissioner) was www.PharmacyChecker.com which allows (now free) price comparisons between Canadian and US pharmacies.

They make the interesting observation (mentioned by the FDA) that typically brand name pharmaceuticals are much cheaper in Canada... while generic pharmaceuticals are often cheaper in the US (because our larger market has more generic manufacturers competing for business.)
