At the end of the day, the article didn't contain factual information on the technology or hand-off process.

Would prefer an article that examines all the issues and presents all possibilities, not just one side. In fact, this really shouldn't be presented as one side vs another side, because we're all on the same side, especially when you consider Chinese businesspeople also would prefer if their govt enforces IP laws and criminalizes IP theft. It's awfully hard on them too.
