*It is easier to start a war than to finish it.* Only if your idea of war is kill as few of the enemy as possible. ...Which appears to be a new, and as yet unproved, Western invention. OBL & friends appear to believe that Israel and the U.S. will forever restrain their military power in response to terrorist acts. After all Arafat has survived "the war" for 30+ years and been a guest at the White House more often than I have. This is not a safe assumption. 0\|0

The Iraqi Constitution will be challenged again and again and again as the handiwork of a U.S. puppet government with no legitimacy. So you're trying to convince us that the Iraqi people, as a whole, will reject a constitution that provides them a bill of rights, a representative form of government that makes politicians accountable to the people, free speech and press, and equal rights for women.... All so that they can return to the same fear-laden, repressive, and intolerant regime that was just overthrown?
