I meant to say one of the highest spenders in history. And when you look at the massive deficits he's running up, and is projected to further run up, it's frightening. All the time the debt continues to grow and the interest payments on the debt alone are shocking.

You want to argue semantics and fine points...all the while Rome burns while Bush spends away.
