Dear me, Orc. We had the bomb first. The Reds stole it and built bombs for themselves undoubtedly because they feared a nuke gap. We knew we had more bombs than they, but when you are dealing with nukes, it only takes one - as Hiroshima proved. We feared the very possibility that you by implication claim Reagan is responsible for. You are just wrong, Orc. That possibility existed LONG before Reagan's administration.
