Shrub is not a radical. Shrub is a reactionary

While I agree that Bush is reactionary, I believe he is also radical - i.e. a person favoring extreme changes. Consider preemptive war, enemy combatant and the mixing of church and state. Many of Bush's initiatives have never been attempted in our society before - hence, not reactionary. While Radical (with a capital R) is an appellation adopted by some extreme LW individuals and groups, spelled with a small r, it can apply to someone of any political persuasion.
