Well, I guess could we go on ad infinitum.....but instead I think we will have to continue to disagree.....I see no reason to suspect that the sky is falling....I have faith in the checks and balances the Founders established......and quite frankly if I thought the Bush administration was the evil conspiracy you seem to think it is I'd be the first one on the barricades....But, at present I see no reason to grab my firearms and ride to the sound of the guns....as Pat Buchanan would say.... BTW, IMO your panoply of excesses are just a verificaiton of my pendulum theory as far as I am concerned....abuses are addressed under our system of government......
