Thanks for the clarification Carl, but of course it raises one more teeny question: Can I take it that the thing Busch has "set back progress in" is an OWLYER's Solution? ...Possibly to be composed of such things as "negotiations" and such things as reduced support for Israel? If so I do believe it has been considered and rejected. ...Or am I deluding myself again? 0\|0 Lord... I reeeeally wish I could spell.
