Speculation is fun, sometimes, but at this point it's way to early to predict anything. Look at how quickly Dean rose up, and look at how quickly he fell down. Look at how quickly Kerry rose up; now we'll see whether he falls down just as fast.

Time will tell.

Yes, the private sector is responsible for moving jobs off shore and no one in Washington has stopped them.

What were the reasons for the tech companies to make these plans to outsource?

I was sitting in meetings where huge tech companies were planning on shutting down every department from accounting to personnel to core R&D in the US and send it offshore.
