Dick Morris (a Bush supporter) said in late 2002 that he had calculated that Bush had spent 20% of his presidency fundraising and that it gave the impression he wasn't paying attention to his job. The impression is obviously true if you haev checked out the results lately. This means that one business day a week Bush spends fundraising and has since the beginning. That's outrageous. Why can't he hire somneone else to fundraise and get to work on our problems. He has more money than any campaign needs anyway.
