Foreign leaders cannot come out and state they're anti-Bush, that would be un-diplomactic. I'm sure if you read the European papers you'll pick up the hostility toward Bush very quickly, from the top of governments down to the street. Under Bush we're 35% poorer (fall of dollar, war costs) and we really need our now richer allies to help us shoulder the burdens. We also badly need them to battle terrorism. Bush-Cheney have dumped the burdens on US taxpayers just so they don't have to give any contracts to anyone outside their inner circle of campaign contributors. We're talking about Iraq there mainly.
