I wonder how we can go after terrorists with precision like laser when they are in another country protected by international laws. If Pakistan or Iran will not allow us to enter their country or it may initiate civil war in the country how do we use laser-like precision. How about the Philippines they are over run by terrorists , yet they do not want American troops in the country. We do get in there as instructors but it appears it is not enough to attack with laser like precision. Let move to Yemen, Syria, etc.

I hope Europe awakens and other parts of the world and takes the Al Q and other terror groups more seriously. The problem seems to be each country has their Patriot Acts and citizen protections that terrorist use to avoid aggressive search. etc. If only it was as easy as attack them with laser-like precision.
