Fundraising is the only thing Bush is really good at. He's the expert. He can smooze and eat rubber chickens. He also has always been personally greedy so I guess he likes raising money non-stop even if he doesn't need it. He does not have a single area of expertise outside of this. This copnstant fundraising with GOP yes men also makes him out of touch with the majority of people who now disagree with his policies. He probably thinks everything is hunky-dory.
