yes. it is a key point and has been so since the last bubble began to burst: the glory days of falling rates are over. even IF they fall from here, the big move down in well behind us.

For him to blame Kerry for consumer malaise is really a stretch and frankly, i am sick of Maudlins politics. He gets good advice from those smarter than he and it is well summarized, but he is basically a fool. thought so ever so=ince he praised Fisher for being brilliant in eliminating the 30 yr
