hdl,
For the last 50 years Israel has "handled" it's problem in a certain way. Always claiming defense as the issue instead of desire for "Greater Israel".
For many of the years, I was a staunch ally of Israel. I happened to be in an Israeli facility when 67 war was officially over and joined in celebration. Was involved with Sam II aquisition radar exchange.
Now, it has become more apparent to me that Israel has been less than truthful with America about its actions and intentions.
We took a hit in World Trade Center and other places because of blind support of Israel. We are getting closer to WW III because of American right wing Christians, traitors at high levels of our government willing to sacrifice the US for their dreams - Wolfkawitz, Perl, Fromm and others.
Instead of trying to deflect criticism and sounding like Jeffrey Dalmer's mother complaining about why we don't talk about the cannibal in Germany instead of her sweet son, spin meisters try to do same with Israel. Get out of that land, be happy the world and UN offered some land. Israel has much more than original 50%. Claim a victory, compensate the ones driven off the land and live in peace.

If Israel were really after peace, she would have let in international peace keepers. Assasinating the last one when he wasn't suggesting what Israel wanted did not endear Isreal to the world.
